Matt has been with Vinaigrette since 2019 as the General Manager here at Hamburg. He loves working at Vinaigrette because having a quick option for healthy food is extremely important with the busy schedules everyone keeps. He also enjoys the team at Vinaigrette, having a team you can count on and enjoy working with is a huge part of a job. We believe Matt is a great part of our team because he brings many years of restaurant manager experience into the cafe and he never stops smiling while working hard in any situation.
