Elvira has been with Vinaigrette since 2014 beginning as a team member of our first Vinaigrette ever, Townley. She then became the General Manager of Townley in 2016 and has been the General Manager of Palomar since we opened it in 2017. She loves working at Vinaigrette because she loves serving people and creating wonderful memories. She also loves the challenges that have helped her grow in so many ways. We believe Elvira is a great part of our team because she knows how to make every team member and guest feel like they are at home when they are in a Vinaigrette. She also serves so willingly and happily in any capacity she is needed.
